When will I get my order?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process your order (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders are generally shipped within 4 - 10 business days using FedEx, USPS and UPS. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email confirmation with all your tracking details.

How are the shipping rates calculated?

Shipping to the 48 continental US states is a standard flat rate of $6.99. We offer free shipping to the continental United States when you spend $100 or more (excluding sales tax). Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat rate of $30 on all orders.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states across the USA, ensuring that no matter where you are, our products can find their way to your kitchen. While we can definitely ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes or Military Addresses.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Yay, you are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.

Why is my order unfulfilled?

No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!

My tracking is not updating.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered?

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s a good idea to check with your neighbours and your post office in the meantime.

If you don’t receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team by clicking here, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we can help you:)

Can I change my order?

Oops! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you are unable to modify or cancel the order.  We are also unable to change your shipping address. So sorry for any inconvenience!

I received my package and have a problem.

Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and we will gladly assist you with any issues with your order. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking here within 10 days of delivery so that we may help you further. You will need to provide photos of the product(s) so that we can best assist you.
